This beautiful diva hails from Florida, and we speculate she may be part mermaid. How else do you explain that lovely demeanor and smile? Next time you’re in the French Quarter, be sure to stop by our boutiques and say hello to this beauty!

Hey, pretty lady! What’s your name and what’s your job at Trashy Diva? How long have you worked at Trashy Diva?
Hey! My name is Victoria and I work at the French Quarter Lingerie store. I’ve worked for Trashy Diva for just under a year now.

What do you love most about living in New Orleans?
There are so many things I love about New Orleans, but the history and architecture are definitely some of my favorite things about this amazing city.

What are your style inspirations?
My style inspirations vary from day to day, but definitely include 1940s-’50s western wear, film noir starlets, and the traditional pin-ups of the ’40s and ’50s.

What classic film stars are your favorite?
Too many to chose! I do love James Stewart, Hedy Lamarr, Rita Hayworth, Pola Negri, Gary Cooper and Vincent Price.

If you could only save 3 Trashy Diva pieces from a fire, which ones would you pick?
The Trixie Sarong in Pearl Harbor, the Natasha Dress, and the Atlanta Dress.

What’s your favorite book and film? (And which film has the best fashion in it ever?)
My favorite book is either Lolita by Valdimir Nabokov or any of Ian Flemming’s James Bond novels. My favorite movie isn’t quite as easy for me to narrow down, but my top 3 are Gilda, Rear Window, and Leave Her to Heaven.

When you’re not at Trashy Diva, how do you like to spend your time?
When I’m not at Trashy Diva I really enjoy cooking, baking and studying Historic Preservation.
