With locations in both the Lower Garden District and the French Quarter, French Truck Coffee offers a bright and cheery atmosphere and delicious coffee drinks. Serving literary-themed cocktails, well-priced draft beers, sandwiches, and snacks (milk & cookies!), Backspace Bar is a great spot to kick back in a comfy chair and chill. Located on Chartres Street in the French Quarter, just a few blocks from our Trashy Diva French Quarter Dress Store, this French Quarter bar is a destination for writers and readers, especially during March with the Tennessee Williams Literary Festival just around the corner. Swing by in your own red Honey Dress–you’ll fit right in and maybe even get a peek at Stella herself!

March in New Orleans can offer perfect spring weather, or it can be hot hot hot. There’s no telling, but if it turns out you need a spot to cool off, divas, then Creole Creamery is the spot! You’ll always find staple flavors on their menu–vanilla, chocolate, strawberry–but you’ll be pleasantly surprised by unique and exciting rotating flavors like Cotton Candy, Creole Cream Cheese, and Red Velvet Cake! From Fountain Classics to Creamery Specialties, you’ll find your favorite sweet treat in no time!
Messina’s Runway Cafe is located inside the historic Terminal Building at the restored New Orleans Lakefront Airport. Serving traditional New Orleans cuisine in a classic aviation setting, this gorgeous art-deco style cafe offers a stunning view of the working runway. Home of the Midnight in Paris photo shoot, swing by Messina’s for a classic breakfast or diner-style lunch, or taste a more indulgent option with their selection of Louisiana seafood dishes–it’s an adventure without the take-off!
Featuring two distinct bars, the Catahoula Hotel is a unique spot for fun and adventure. Piscobar serves up an inventive selection of pisco-based cocktails and New Orleans-inspired drinks, served up by some of the most well-known bartenders in the city. Expertise meets creativity at Piscobar, though if cocktails aren’t your thing, head up to the Rooftop Bar! Specializing in South American wines, the Rooftop Bar offers much more than just a beautiful view of New Orleans. You’ll recognize the lovely setting from our Mime Time photoshoot, so dress up your favorite Trashy Diva dress, grab a drink, and check out the skyline at the Catahoula Hotel!
