Hey divas! As the weather warms up, it’s time to heat up your look! Hit the great outdoors in style with these picnic-perfect ideas for your next outing. Gather the girls, make a date, and let’s get going.

The perfect picnic isn’t about the fanciest location. It’s about enjoying the sunshine with good friends, killer outfits, and tasty treats. Slip into your favorite Trashy Diva Red or Black Gingham piece, shake out a cute picnic blanket, and have the camera ready. With these picnic-perfect accessories, you’re destined to have a great time at the shore, the park, or even your own backyard.

First, make even your own backyard feel like a picnic-perfect meadow by completing your spring look with the Miss L Fire Renee Wedges or Rosetta Flats. Both shoes offer the cheer of fresh flowers without the achoos. The Renee Wedge is a spunky braided hemp sandal with charming flowers. The heel features rubber soles and a cute hemp ankle strap to keep you moving on her feet all day. In red/natural, navy/mustard, and gold/black, any Diva can find the perfect pair for her perfect picnic style.

Fashioned from rich, soft black suede, the bud-acious Rosetta Flats feature a luscious rose blossom on the vamps with playful kelly green leaf accents, providing a flash of color. Two petite rose buds serve as tassels for the woven ankle straps, making them just the footwear for your outdoor adventure!

Once you’ve completed your sunny spring outfit, it’s time to pack the basket! Let’s start with drinks. Bypass store-bought and brew a special pitcher of fresh lemonade or iced tea at home. Keep it simple, or find inspiration with these five healthy and refreshing iced tea recipes. Fill a few mason jars with your favorite flavor for a divine, home-made touch.

For a true vintage, elegant touch, swap out disposable plates and cups for a real set! It’s easy peasy if you’re not traveling far. Your guests will love this tea party-like touch, and it won’t cost you an extra trip to the store.

Picnics are for finger foods. Put a new spin on a classic with this Apple-Fennel Chicken Salad perfect for make-ahead sandwiches. Serve on croissants instead of sliced bread for added flair. Simple and fresh, pair these sammies with some sliced fruits and veggies for an easy light lunch.

A picnic isn’t all about food: can you say, photo op? I know you probably have a favorite set of sunglasses or wide-brim hat, but for a sweet vintage touch, this time, go for a lovely Lace Parasol! In white or cream, it will match your outfit and keep the sun out of your eyes. You’ll have it made in the shade underneath this gorgeous accessory. A sturdy wood handle and structured lace with floral accents and an open-weave design lends this parasol a retro flair. Start snapping!

And for dessert, fresh watermelon of course! The Nat’s Favourite Brooch by Erstwilder (oh how I love Erstwilder) is just the thing to add some sweetness to the occasion. Pin it to your favorite frock or bag for a splash of color, today and every day!
